Service was slow. Food was cold and they were messing up people's orders on checks. Overcharging... i will never go there again!

Another one of my simple favorites. The wait staff is always great food is the same every time. I'm a fan of Denny's since the 80's

I paid 42.00$ for burnt toast, a steak that was under cooked and sunny side eggs with ruptured yolks. I wasn't a happy camper. I was so disappointed that I left no tip. My girlfriend got sick from the food she ate.

Favorite place to end the night. Cheap and good food. Non judgemental atmosphere. Great service

Food ok but manager and cook not once had mask on ... Manager YELLING at 2 employees because he couldn't fine some binder.this was at 845 am .. I might call heath department

It's very clean and the working employees are very curtios and polite.

Denny's sits comfortably on the nexus of cheap and palatable. Never the best ___ you've ever had, but certainly serviceable in most situations. Avoid Sunday's as after-church crowd causes long waits.

The Cobb salad with prime rib was a huge portion of food that was delicious. Staff were polite and hospitable.

The steak was rare, I ask for medium, the toast was burnt, the sunnyside eggs were served ruptured, the tea was overly sweet. The taste of blood from the under cooked steak made me nauseous and I vomited. This will be my last visit to this place. If I could rate with less stars I would. This place should be visited by the state health department. Grade F. PS the floor was filthy.

Been a long time since we had been here for breskfast and it was delicious!! Our only complaint was the silverware was a bit dirty and in general the whole place needed a good cleaning. However, we did get a glimpse inro the kitchen and it looked tidy and clean.

Super Slam is the way to go! But, during our visit there was only one server and our food was only warm as if it had been sitting for a while. Food was good just not hot. Can understand this the server was "$lammed" with a rush of customers...

Mgr was rude and I don't know how she is in the business

I wish I could give this a zero star. My phone was stolen. A waiter publicly shamed a guest because she didn't tip. The manager lied to my face over and over again. Absolutely worst Denny's I have ever been to. Take the extra few mins to go to anyother Denny's.

Fantastic waiter. He was an absolute doll. We went in pretty and even though it got busy, he was right on top of everything, everytime 👍 Unfortunately can't remember his name, I believe it was Dave? He was great, and well definitely be back again just because of him. (Food was great too!! We left with leftovers, they give you so much here, it is absolutely fantastic)

Waited 45 minutes from the time we ordered until we got our meal. My 9 year pulled a 12 inch hair from his chicken. Gave him my food. Before eating that, checked the contents of the omelette, hair in that as well. Left all the food on the table.I paid $45 for 2 orders of toast which was the only edible part of the meal. Waitress was nice enough. Will not go back for any reason. Would recommend this place be avoided at all costs. At least until the health issues are resolved.

Horrible experience. Not only was there no milk shakes, apple slices, crayons an given flat soda after waiting 20 min for a waitress but wasnt there a waiter sitting behind the counter eatting food with the same gloves he used to wash my table and serve us our food. Disgusting and unhealthy. Will never go back

If not for the fact that the name on the outside of this place is Denny's they would have gone out of business long ago. Went there for breakfast on a Sunday morning seated in a timely manner but then waited for the waitress to come out to the dining room for 5 minutes as she walked by with food for the table next to us. After going back to the kitchen to bring them another drink she finally took our drink orders which took another 5 minutes to deliver. Now she told us that she would be right back for our food order. After placing our order it was a good 20 minutes before the eggs and pancakes came out cold to the table meanwhile all our coffees and juices were empty. Never again Denny's, terrible experience!

waited at the front to be seated for 10min. no one at the front to sit you but there is employee walking around doing nothing seeing that we're waiting to be seated or even pay to leave.but no one asks anything just continue doing what they doing then the manager comes around the corner and asks us do we need to be seated so he looks around to see if there is any open spot to notice that the open table are not clean so he ask an employee to come clean the table quick so we can be seated so now I'm sweating a a table that was quickly clean and now wet so I ask for extra napkins to clean off the extra water.left behind by the rag of the quick clean.then it seem to me my waiter not to sure what to do I get my order in but it take a while to get to me they need to work on there customers service skills badly manager and employees go there once and try it out you will see for yourself what I mean I will not recommend going here sorry denny's but the customers service here is terrible

Nice waiters good selection on menus great ambeance..

Overall service was okay but very slow to get started..most if not all employees were busy making to-go orders for ubereats and others.Had to wait quite a while to get seated. After that all food was good and service was very good.

Staff is taking extra precautions to keep everyone safe as they enjoy yummy eggs, pancakes and tatoes!

The wait wasn't too bad even though there was a crowd. Our waiter was excellent and the food was cooked just how I liked it.

Cold food, bad service and staff does not seem clean, fingernails were dirty.

Very rude people. Wouldn’t allow me to wait at the front entrance for a takeout order and I had to wait outside while it was raining.

Got 2 meals for take out! Lady at counter (Susan L) was not polite at all! Not friendly Not a smile & not even a thank you <— So No Tip! & we couldn’t believe the serving size for the price you pay! The steak would have been really good if they had cooked it properly! Go to Denny’s in East Greenbush well worth it for the serving sizes, food cooked so it’s at least appealing & taste great and the friendliness of the employees are fantastic!!

One of the best experience I've had in a long time the gentleman that took care of my orders was great he knows what customer service is about and not allot of people do i only gave 4 stars because the 🍟 were a little short but for customer service 5 star's all the way i want to say his name was Bill or Jim !!!! Thank you

Order 50 meals to pick up at 6am whick I paid for ahead of time for a work function. I showed up at 630am and not one was ready nor did anyone know about it. I waited for them to cook them and took 20 with me. I asked if someone could deliver the last 30 to me. The manager stated we are not a delivery company and he is not delivering them in his Corvette. I was not even offered a discount.

Quiet and food is good friendly people

Service was slow, coffee was warm (never had wArm coffee at a Denny's) food also quite warm and look like it was made yesterday and nuke today. Server was polite doing the best she could but to many tables too cover.

Not enough waitresses. Had to wait forever for food or napkins or salt or anything you need to eat Several diners walked out because of the conditions!

The people are rude and clueless about what's on their menu... I would suggest finding a better place that would appreciate you as a customer !!!!!

Great breakfast price are not to bad reasonable so if you are in the neighborhood stop in and in joy you're self

Waitress regularly had her mask under her mouth when interacting with guests, at least one of whom kept coughing. When a man came out to help clear a table, his mask was down as well.She was friendly enough, but we were all pretty uncomfortable around her.The food was just ok, and the person I was with had much smaller pancakes than my own.

Delicious lunch. Cheap and affordable

The breakfast dining options by the airport here are sparse. I was thankful for finding a four starred Dennys to curb the hunger. Service was excellent, as was the coffee and a skewered steak and eggs breakfast.

Arrived and had to wait for someone to notice us to be seated. Host was friendly said waitress would be over soon, but she never came. He came back and took our order. We ordered a veggie omelette and got one with bacon. Didn't want to send it back and wait and waste food so ate it. When the waitress came over finally, I told her what happened. She told the host who I assume was the manager and he said that we didn't order the veggie omelette. There was no compensation for the wrong food.

Server was excellent, attentive, and friendly. It was seven of us and we enjoyed companionship, good food, and excellent service.

Was a good visit. Food was really goid, service was snappy. Sadly the menu keeps shrinking and prices are creeping up.

I went to the Denny's in Latham on Saturday (July 25th) with my friends Nelson Vasquez and Mike Speziale. I had a over 55 breakfast menu (I'm 56 years old) They have good food here I had eggs, sausage and toast and coffee

Long long long long wait for food. Don’t come here on the weekend. Crew is short. Way under staffed for this prime retail location. Poor management. During the week in off hours is better. Try iHop instead. Or a nice Greek diner.

Took forever to get a server to come take our order even though there wasn't a lot of people in the place. Then our food sat up in the window for..gee I don't know, 10 minutes at least? My eggs were stone cold and tasted like they were chilling in a pan all morning or something. The cook was walking around with a half smoked cigarette in his ear??? Barf! I won't be revisiting this local 👎
